Problem:

The architect's proposal included enlarging the space for the kitchen by moving the laundry area to the garage. This solution would have cost the client an additional $28,000.00.

Solution:

The laundry area was not moved. Instead, the kitchen design was changed from a tight U-shape which prohibited both clients from working in the kitchen at the same time to a kitchen with two work centers and an unobstructed view of the lake in the back yard.

 

Problem:

The clients are "sloppy cooks"

Solution:

Quality products were selected in order to provide surfaces that are easily cleaned.

 

Problem:
